Newport IW Football Club would like to announce that the first team management have stepped down from their roles within our Sydenhams Wessex Football League Premier Division squad.
Manager Andy Sampson and first team assistant Russ Byrne made the announcement on Tuesday evening. Stewart Shepherd had previously stood down from his assistant managers role.
The chairman Stuart Ross, The Supporters Trust and on behalf of the fans we would like to thank Andy, Stewart and Russ for the commitment and time they have all given to the club over the years. It has been gratefully appreciated and we wish them all the very best for the future.
