FA Cup action returns to St. George’s Park on Saturday after an absence of 3 years.
Guildford City from the Combined Counties League are the visitors. We last played Guildford City in the FA Cup in 1945 – read about in Mike West’s column in the Matchday Programme. It is one of the former clubs of our very own John Carragher who originates from Guildford and played for the old City team in the 1960’s.
Guildford have already won one cup this season after beating local rivals Godalming Town 1-0 on Tuesday night.
Admission prices are £7 Adults £4 Concessions and £2 Under 16’s. (normal prices will resume for Tuesday’s home league match against Lymington).
