Newport travel to Folland Sports on Saturday as they attempt to extend their unbeaten run to eight games. The Hamble side sit at the bottom of Sydenhams Wessex 1 and are three points adrift of the nearest team Totton & Eling. Having recently changed their management team they have brought in several new players some with considerable Wessex League experience.
Newport have a full squad apart from Neo Lamb who is out for several weeks. The Port will be keen to come away with all three points as they try to stay in touch with the leading six sides who are dropping very few points.

Newport reserves travel to Wootton Rec to take on AFC Wootton with a 2.00pm kick off. The Newport youngsters exited the Hampshire Vase last Saturday at the hands of Mid Solent League side Strawberry FC. The reserves were very unfortunate to lose leading scorer Jayden Yates as early as the 2nd minute with a pulled hamstring. It took 70 minutes before the strong Portsmouth based side could take the lead, eventually running out 3-0 winners.
